Dr. Hasnul Zamani Bin Haroon

Dr Hasnul graduated from University of Leeds, United Kingdom in 1998. In 2008, he completed his Masters in Surgery training under the subspecialty of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
He continued to serve as a specialist in Plastic Surgery in Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for two years. At the same time, he was also the visiting plastic surgeon to various district hospitals within the state, mainly dealing with Cleft Lip and Palate cases. His career expanded further with two years of experience in Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru. He resigned from the government service in 2013 and has been practicing in the private plastic sector since then.
Dr Hasnul is also involved in various non-governmental organisations for humanitarian work, mainly cleft lip/palate missions, and also performing surgeries in field hospitals for refugees abroad. He is also actively involved in training of surgeons for vascular access procedures for the management of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, and training doctors for the management of severe burns injuries.
Dr Hasnul is a member of the Malaysian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (MSPRS), the Malaysian Burns Association, a life member of the Malaysian Medical Association, and also a member of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia.
