Dr. Norezalee Bin Ahmad

Dr Ezalee was inducted under the British Top University programme to study A-levels in the United Kingdom (UK). He obtained his medical degree from University of Bristol, UK in 1994. He completed his Housemanship in the UK NHS hospitals before returning to Malaysia. He underwent initial anaesthesia training in Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru, and then furthered his training at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He obtained his Masters of Anaesthesiology in 2004. He served as a clinical specialist in HSAJB from 2004 until 2008. He had won the Young Investigator’s Award 2004 and published a few papers in international anaesthesia journals. Before completing his sub-specialty training in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia, he decided to join the private practice in 2008. He had extensive anaesthesia experience in two other private hospitals in Johor Bahru before joining KGSC in 2020. He is a life member of Malaysian Medical Association and Malaysian Society of Anaesthesiologists. He is also a member of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia. His interests outside the profession include reading, fitness and archery. He has also written articles in the local and national newspapers on the topics of health and fitness.
